This project was launched in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic and involves a daily 5-minute intervention via smartphone to maximize well-being during stress. The initial project was focused on providing this tool to medical personnel and first responders and is a clinical trial (

We are now adapting the tool and offering it to college students as they come to campus this fall.

The tool is administered via smartphone application, one time daily, and involves well-supported interventions that help individuals to better regulate distressing events of the day and to increase positive emotions.
