DAILY COPING TOOLKIT

For First Responders & Medical Personnel during the COVID-19 Pandemic

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, our research team developed a brief 5-min a day tool to improve well-being for those on the front lines during this time. The tool relies on well-researched techniques to help individuals manage distressing events and increase positive emotions each day. To participate, you must be older than 18 and working currently as a first-responder or in the medical field.  There is no cost to participate and all that is needed is a smartphone.
